A Journey Through Counterpoint X

A passacaglia is a form of counterpoint that originated in early 17th century Spain.  Watch how the two instrumentalists interact with each other, and listen to how the melodies join together and then separate.  Look for consonance and dissonance, and try to see it in the context of the whole song (Oh, and drooling over the Stradivarius cello is optional, but just so you know, it doesn't bother me in the slightest!).
